Analisis Pengaruh Tactical Games Approach dan Game Sense Approach terhadap Keterampilan dalam Permainan Bola Basket
Abstract
Penelitian eksperimen kuasi dengan pretest–posttest group design pada 30 atlet basket Lombok Timur ini bertujuan membandingkan efektivitas Tactical Games Approach (TGA) dan Game Sense Approach (GSA) selama dua bulan. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan kelompok TGA mengalami peningkatan keterampilan bermain yang signifikan sebesar 14,5% (t = -5,42; p < 0,05). Kelompok GSA juga menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan sebesar 15,2% (t = -5,81; p < 0,05). Namun, uji independent sample t-test membuktikan tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara kedua pendekatan tersebut (t = -0,34; p > 0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa TGA dan GSA sama-sama efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan bermain bola basket melalui integrasi teknik dan taktik. Temuan ini merekomendasikan kedua model sebagai alternatif instruksional yang adaptif bagi pelatih dalam mengoptimalkan performa atlet di lapangan.
