STOK BINA GUNA MEDAN Scientific Journal was founded on 10 July 2013 with editor-in-chief Muhammad Ridwan Lubis.

On 12 July 2013 it was successfully registered ISSN (Online) with ISSN (Online) 2338-6029.

Scientific Journal of STOK BINA GUNA MEDAN on 20 April 2021 the change of editor-in-chief by Mr Boby Helmi.

On 23 April 2021 the ISSN (Online) was resubmitted to obtain a new ISSN number with ISSN (Online) 2776-3994.

On 23 March 2020, it began to be indexed in GARUDA.

In May 2020 JSBG began to be registered with Crossref.

In May 2020 JSBG already has a DOI (Document of Index).

On 07 April 2022 Based on Decree No. 105/E / KPT / 2022, Explaining the Scientific Journal of STOK BINA GUNA MEDAN has been accredited by being designated as an accredited scientific journal Rank 5.

On publication of the article volume 12 number 1 in 2024, the STOK Bina Guna Medan journal will be charged a publication fee.

Journal of STOK BINA GUNA MEDAN increases the number of publications to 3 times a year, namely in March, July and October.

On December 25, 2024 STOK Bina Guna Journal made changes to the article writing template to 1 column, in order to make it easier for writers to write articles in our journal.
