Pengaruh Latihan Ankle Weight Dan Resistance Band: Peninjauan Terhadap Kecepatan Tendangan Sabit Pada Atlet Pencak Silat
Abstract
Kecepatan tendangan sabit merupakan salah satu komponen penentu keberhasilan atlet pencak silat dalam memperoleh poin maupun melakukan serangan efektif saat pertandingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui pengaruh latihan ankle weight terhadap kecepatan tending sabit atlet pencak silat SMAN 2 Lamongan, 2) Mengetahui pengaruh latihan Resistance band terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit atlet pencak silat SMAN 2 Lamongan, 3) Mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan Ankle Weight dan Resistance Band terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit atlet pencak silat SMAN 2 Lamongan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) tipe pretest-posttest two group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 10 Atlet dan dasar pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total sampling, sehingga sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 12 atlet. Instrumen tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah tes kecepatan tendangan yang memiliki nilai validitas sebesar 0.877 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0.746. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pretest dan posttest two group desaign serta analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif uji prasyarat dan Uji t dengan perhitungan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS IBM versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh pada latihan ankle weight terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit dengan nilai Mean Gain sebesar 10,17. 2) Terdapat pengaruh pada latihan resistance band terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit dengan nilai Mean Gain sebesar 10,67. 3) Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada latihan ankle weight dan resistance band dengan selisih Mean Difference sebesar 50 dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya kedua metode latihan terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit
