Optimalisasi Performa Atlet Futsal: Peran Koordinasi Dalam Latihan Plyometrik Dan Latihan Shooting
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh model permainan invasi—khususnya format 2 vs 2 dan 1 vs 2—terhadap kemampuan passing pemain futsal di SMAN 8 Mataram, dengan mempertimbangkan daya tahan aerobik (VO₂ max) mereka. Menggunakan desain eksperimental faktorial 2x2, 30 siswa atlet laki-laki berusia 16–18 tahun dibagi berdasarkan tingkat VO₂ max dan ditugaskan ke intervensi latihan selama enam minggu. Penelitian ini menggunakan evaluasi pra-tes dan pasca-tes melalui tes penguasaan umpan dan tes bleep. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kedua model latihan invasi secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja umpan; namun, model 2 vs 2 menghasilkan peningkatan yang lebih tinggi, terutama pada peserta dengan VO₂ max tinggi. Pemain dengan daya tahan aerobik yang lebih baik secara konsisten tampil baik di bawah tekanan fisik, mempertahankan akurasi umpan dan pengambilan keputusan. Analisis dua arah ANOVA mengonfirmasi interaksi signifikan antara jenis latihan dan kapasitas aerobik. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa latihan yang dipersonalisasi, yang menggabungkan pengembangan keterampilan teknis dan kondisi fisik, menghasilkan hasil kinerja optimal. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pendidikan olahraga dengan memperkuat nilai pendekatan latihan terintegrasi dan kontekstual dalam program futsal remaja.
