Abstract

Abstrak

Motivasi untuk penelitian ini adalah fakta bahwa sejumlah besar siswa tidak memiliki keterampilan mobilitas yang penting. Kurangnya pemahaman dasar-dasar akan menghambat perkembangan Anda ke tingkat keterampilan gerak berikutnya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar melalui aktivitas tradisional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi eksperimental dengan menggunakan desain pretest-posttest satu kelompok. Untuk memfasilitasi penelitian, kegiatan konvensional diintegrasikan ke dalam kelas pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga puluh anak kelas satu sekolah dasar, enam belas laki-laki dan empat belas perempuan, dengan usia rata-rata enam tahun. Tes Keterampilan Motorik Kasar, Edisi Kedua (TGMD-2) digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, dan analisis kuantitatif serta uji-t dilakukan untuk menilai hasilnya. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam kemampuan mobilitas esensial anak-anak sekolah dasar. Penemuan ini berasal dari kemampuan permainan tradisional untuk memotivasi anak-anak untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan dan gerakan yang menghibur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan tradisional secara signifikan mempengaruhi keterampilan motorik dasar siswa sekolah dasar.
