The purpose of the research that has been carried out is to find out the lifestyle of students of the PGRI Madiun University Sports Science Study Program based on several aspects including the lifestyle of exercising, eating, sleeping and smoking. The type of research carried out is qualitative research, the data collection method is carried out by questionnaire, interview and documentation of 32 samples of students of the PGRI Madiun University Sports Science Study Program class of 2018-2022. The data obtained is then subjected to data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the research that has been carried out, it shows that the lifestyle of exercising, eating, sleeping and smoking of students of the PGRI Madiun University Sports Science Study Program is said to be good.
Titin Kuntum Mandalawati, Roy Try Putra, Alvin Yanuar Rahman, Andhika Yahya Putra

https://jurnal.stokbinaguna.ac.id/index.php/i-core/article/view/3658

In the sport of volleyball, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact that variation training has on lower passing skills. For this investigation, an experimental approach with a One Group Pretest-PosttestDesign design was utilized. A lower passing abilities test was used in the research project to obtain data that was collected utilizing volleyball. The t-test is used to determine the level of significance of the pre-test and post-test of variation training on volleyball lower passing skills. The criteria for determining whether the data is significant are that the t count is more than or equal to the t table. The results of the research in this area are computed using the t-test. Based on the findings of the computation, it is known that the tcount is twenty-six point eighteen. After that, the findings are compared with the t table, which has a value of 2.05 (α = 0.05). It demonstrates that t count ≥ t table, 20.68 ≥ 1.76 (significant). Based on these findings, it is possible to assert that the variation training approach influences the outcomes of volleyball lower passing skills among students attending SMP Negeri 16 Kupang.
Yahya Jecson Palinata, Fredik Edison Nope, Melvianus Selan

https://jurnal.stokbinaguna.ac.id/index.php/i-core/article/view/3680

This study aims to determine the effect of biceps cable and biceps curl training with the drop set method on members of Argo Fitness Sedayu Bantul Yogyakarta. Fitness is a combination of aerobic capacity and muscle strength and endurance that supports health and quality of life (fitness). An effective way to increase muscle strength and endurance is by using weights. Understanding and training is what requires special attention in the formation of muscle mass, so that appropriate and effective methods such as the drop set method are needed. The sample in this study were Argo Fitness members. The test is done by measuring muscle hypertrophy, namely by measuring the circumference of the members' arms using a measuring tape meter or also called a metlin with a unit of cm. In this study, data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research in this study indicate that there is a significant effect of training using biceps barbell and barbell curl with the drop set method on members of Argo Fitness Bantul. This can be seen from the results of the paired sample t test analysis on biceps cable training has obtained a t value of 6.532> t table, and a p value (0.000) <0.05, while on barbell curl shows the results of t count 6.532> t table, and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.
Raihan Alhadi, Antonius Tri Wibowo
