<p>Physical fitness is needed and becomes very important for the body when carrying out daily activities, if the body is fit then carrying out an activity will be easy. From the initial observations made at SMKN 1 Buduran there were several problems with the physical fitness of students, this can be seen from the students who tend to sit while learning sports. The purpose of this research is to find out how high grade 10 students' fitness is at school. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population includes all 10th grade students at SMKN 1 Buduran, totaling 462 students. Samples were searched using simple random sampling technique consisting of 5 classes consisting of each major. This study used an instrument, namely the Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run (PACER) test taken from the guidebook for the implementation of the Nusantara Student Fitness Test (TKPN). With the age category 15 years to 17 years. The results of the research conducted showed that there were no students who were in the good and very good categories, there were only 4 students in the moderate category, 9 students in the low category and 152 students in the very low category. The results showed that students were still classified as lacking in physical fitness. So more attention is needed from schools, especially PJOK teachers. It is hoped that the results of this study will be useful so that PJOK schools and teachers can pay more attention to the fitness condition of grade 10 students at SMKN 1 Buduran.</p>Rifqi Andrianto, Dwi Cahyo Kartiko

<p>Physical fitness is something that must belong to each person, because with a good physical body, someone will not feel tired when performing daily activities. With extracurricular activities can improve the quality of physical training, especially of students. In Mojokerto, the neighborhood and the city devoted to extracurricular futsal activities lag far behind other cities, in this case the study focused on fitness based on vo2max predictions of extracurricular futsal students. This study aimed to determine the MFT of students participating in extracurricular futsal activities at Mojokerto Regency, determine the MFT of students participating in extracurricular school futsal activities. The Mojokerto City course, determined a significant difference in the MFT of students participating in extracurricular futsal at Mojokerto Regency High School and Mojokerto City High School. The method used in this study is comparative using a comparative study design. Data collection technique using purposeful sampling. And analyze the data with statistical analysis. In this study, it was conducted at the high schools of Mojokerto Regency and City, each of the two. <p>This study aims to find out the correlation between the level of physical fitness and the emotional intelligence of primary school children. This study used correlational analytical design with cross-sectional approach samples of 93 students of 4-6 grade from one of the primary school in Bandung. The instrument used are the Indonesian fitness test for 10-12 years old and the emotional intelligence questioner. The tests conducted in this study are Cross Sectional and Spearman tests. The results of the research showed that there is a correlation between the level of physical fitness with emotional intelligence. The correlation coefficient is 0,778, it means physical fitness has a significant correlation with emotional intelligence of the primary students.</p>Aldy Kurnia, Didin Budiman, Wildan Alfia Nugroho

<p>The drive of an athlete is among the most crucial factors in determining whether or not they will succeed as champions. In order to perform at their best, athletes are pushed to increase their own psychological well-being. This study aims to comprehend how moral support from peers, parents, and coaches boosts adolescent athletes' performance in sports specialization. This study employs a descriptive methodology with the intention of outlining and mentioning numerous social phenomena that are the subject of the investigation based on what occurred. A descriptive survey format, which can be employed in case studies or survey research, was adopted by the researchers in this study. <p>This study was motivated by the lack of understanding of playing in invasion games and the lack of application of learning models and low levels of physical fitness. This study aims to determine the effect of the tactical approach in invasion games on physical fitness and playing skills. The research method used is quantitative research with experimental research type. The design used in this research is one group pretest posttest. This research was conducted for 4 weeks at Bandung City Elementary School, the participants involved were class 5A students with a total of 30 students. By using GPAI and TKJI instruments. Sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The research group was given invasion game treatment. Data analysis used in this study used data normality test, Paired T-test. The results of this study state that there is an effect of the tactical approach in invasion games on physical fitness with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 as well as a tactical approach to playing skills with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, that there is a difference in the average value of the initial test and the final test on the tactical approach to physical fitness and the tactical approach to playing skills.
