https://jurnal.stokbinaguna.ac.id/index.php/JPHR/article/view/5510

This classroom action research aims to improve soccer learning outcomes through the implementation of mini soccer games for ninth-grade students of Madani Private Junior High School in the 2025/2026 Academic Year (n=32). The research was conducted in two cycles, each of which included planning, action, observation, and reflection. The learning action used small-sided games (mini soccer) 5 vs. 5 on a modified field (±25×35 m) with simple rules (no offside, kick-in) and player rotation to ensure high student engagement. Data collection used activity observations and skill practice tests with a passing and dribbling performance rubric (technical indicators; scale 1–4 per indicator) which were converted to a score of 0–100 with a KKM reference of 75. The results of cycle I showed an average score of 68.75 with a completeness of 56.25%, where passing and dribbling were not optimal. Improvements in cycle II were made through emphasizing basic technique training before the game and providing clearer tactical instructions. The results increased to an average of 81.56 with a completion rate of 87.50%, accompanied by increased student motivation, engagement, and social interaction during learning. Thus, mini-soccer games are effective as a learning strategy to improve soccer learning outcomes in junior high school students.
Son Ikhlas Hulu, Alwi Fahruzy Nasution, Joko Priono

https://jurnal.stokbinaguna.ac.id/index.php/JPHR/article/view/5512

This study aims to analyze the effect of training and career development on employee performance through the mediation of employee physical activity at PT. Laris Cargo Medan through a case study with a quantitative design. The sample consisted of 150 employees (response rate 92%) selected using stratified random sampling from a total population of 163 employees. Data were collected using a validated 5-scale Likert questionnaire (Cronbach α=0.87-0.94) measuring the variables of training and career development (X), employee physical activity (M), and employee performance (Y). The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 26.0 and the Sobel test for mediation. The results showed that training and career development had a significant positive effect on employee physical activity (β=0.62, p<0.001, R²=0.385) and employee performance (β=0.41, p<0.001, R²=0.168). Employee physical activity partially mediated the relationship (β=0.29, p=0.002, z=3.45). The structural model explained 58.4% of the variance in employee performance. The study concluded that training and career development improve employee performance directly and indirectly through employee physical activity at PT. Laris Cargo Medan. This finding demonstrates the importance of integrating physical health programs into human resource development strategies to optimize the productivity of logistics companies.
Fanni Karniawan Hulu, Nurhasanah Sihotang, Raymond Fransiscus

https://jurnal.stokbinaguna.ac.id/index.php/JPHR/article/view/5511

This study aims to analyze the role of law in the digital technology era through physical education and sports (PJOK) towards preventing cybercrime among adolescents in schools using a qualitative case study. The research method involved participant observation in two public vocational high schools in Medan, in-depth interviews with 12 PJOK teachers and 3 IT legal experts, and focus group discussions with 25 students in grades X-XI (aged 15-17 years). Data were collected over a period of 4 months using semi-structured interview guidelines, PJOK digital literacy class observation sheets, and curriculum documents. The analysis was conducted using thematic analysis using NVivo 12 through open, axial, and selective coding processes. The results show four main themes: (1) integration of cyber law in PJOK subjects through virtual sports simulations (cyber football); (2) development of digital ethics through sports teamwork (responsibility awareness 82%); (3) prevention of cyberbullying through sports leadership training (incident reduction 67%); (4) school regulations based on UU ITE No. 11/2008 adapted in the school's digital sports code of ethics. The findings revealed that the Physical Education and Health Sciences (PJOK) approach effectively reduced cyber-risk behavior by 54% through a sports simulation that taught the consequences of digital law. The study concluded that the role of law through PJOK has the potential to be an innovative cybercrime prevention model, with a 91% student participation rate and a 73% increase in digital literacy.
Harfiyana, Ismayani, Dewi Robianti

https://jurnal.stokbinaguna.ac.id/index.php/JPHR/article/view/4207

This study aims to determine the effect of the Part and Whole learning model on improving students' self-confidence in floor exercise learning, specifically in the backward roll technique. The main issue addressed is the low self-confidence of students, particularly female students, in performing floor exercise movements, which hinders the effectiveness of physical education learning. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a one-group pretest-posttest design. The participant consisted of 40 students from class VII C of SMP Negeri 4 Karawang Barat, selected using purposive sampling. The research instrument was a self-confidence questionnaire covering four main dimensions: self-belief, perseverance, hope, and social relationships. The results showed an increase in the average self-confidence score from 128.70 in the pretest to 136.90 in the posttest. Data analysis using the paired sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest results. Thus, it can be concluded that the Part and Whole learning model has a positive and significant effect on increasing students' self-confidence in learning the backward roll in floor gymnastics.
Resa Ristiana, Muhammad Mury Syafei, Citra Resita

https://jurnal.stokbinaguna.ac.id/index.php/JPHR/article/view/4772

The influence of problem-solving learning methods on the accuracy of underhand passing in women's volleyball is the driving force of this research. SMPN 1 Pulau Merbau, Teluk Ketapang Village, Pulau Merbau District. Students have not shown their greatest potential in Underhand Passing, therefore errors often occur in that part of the test. This research is a Quasi-Experimental research, with the title "The Influence of Problem Solving Learning Style Learning Techniques on the Accuracy of Underhand Passing in Women's Volleyball." SMPN 2 Hamparan Perak Deli Serdang In 2025, the population in this study were all 102 Female Volleyball Players of SMPN 2 Hamparan Perak Deli Serdang. The sample taken was 15 female students. The instrument for arm muscle explosive power used the Underhand Passing test along with the Underhand Passing accuracy test. After that, the data was processed statistically, for the normality test with the Liliefors test at a significance level of 0.05. The hypothesis proposed is the Influence of the Problem Solving Learning Style Learning Method on the Accuracy of Underhand Passing in Girls' Volleyball at SMPN 2 Hamparan Perak Deli Serdang. Based on the processed data, it can be concluded that there is an Influence of the Problem Solving Learning Style Learning Method on the Accuracy of Underhand Passing in Girls' Volleyball at SMPN 2 Hamparan Perak Deli Serdang, where the initial test with an average of 41.87 in the pre-test increased by 3.6 to 45.47 in the post-test with the results (t count 12.345> t table 1.72)
Jualina Widyawaty, Jenas Pardomuan Sihotang, Jepni Piola Togatorop, Iwan Julius Gulo, Jhon Ferinando Tarigan
