Efektivitas Pembelajaran Senam Lantai dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Motorik Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran senam lantai dalam meningkatkan keterampilan motorik siswa sekolah dasar melalui studi literatur sistematis (SLR). Metode pencarian literatur dilakukan pada berbagai database dengan kriteria inklusi publikasi 5 tahun terakhir yang fokus pada intervensi senam lantai pada anak usia SD. Hasil review 15 artikel menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan motorik kasar dan halus, koordinasi, keseimbangan, serta kontrol motorik siswa setelah pembelajaran senam lantai. Rekomendasi pengembangan pembelajaran dan penerapan media pembelajaran inovatif juga ditemukan. Kesimpulannya, pembelajaran senam lantai efektif untuk menunjang perkembangan motorik siswa SD sehingga perlu diterapkan secara sistematis dalam kurikulum pendidikan jasmani.
