Efektivitas Pemanfaatan Media Interactive Flat Panel untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMP pada Pembelajaran PJOK
The low learning motivation of students in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) caused by the dominance of conventional teaching methods represents a critical gap in Indonesian educational practice. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) media in improving students' PJOK learning motivation at SMPS IT Yarpa Al-Ma'arif NU. A quantitative approach with quasi-experimental method and Nonequivalent Control Group Design was employed, involving 29 seventh-grade students divided into an experimental group (n=15) receiving IFP-based learning and a control group (n=14) receiving conventional instruction across seven sessions. Data were collected through a 25-item Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Shapiro-Wilk normality test, Levene's homogeneity test, and Independent Sample t-Test via SPSS version 25. The experimental group's mean score increased from 108.13 (pretest) to 112.60 (posttest), while the control group declined from 107.21 to 101.29, with significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). IFP media is proven effective in enhancing PJOK learning motivation, with features including touch interaction, multimedia integration, collaborative display, and real-time feedback fostering more engaging learning experiences. These findings provide empirical evidence supporting broader implementation of technology-based interactive media in physical education.
