Analisis Komparatif-Korelasional Durasi Screen Time dengan Kebugaran Fisik, Kualitas Tidur, dan Prestasi Akademik Siswa SMA
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterkaitan durasi screen time terhadap kebugaran fisik, kualitas tidur, dan prestasi akademik siswa kelas XI di Kota Semarang dan Kabupaten Kendal, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian kuantitatif korelasional ini menggunakan teknik cluster sampling yang melibatkan siswa dari SMA Krista Mitra Semarang (n = 22) dan SMA Negeri 1 Boja (n = 34). Data dikumpulkan melalui angket screen time, kuesioner kualitas tidur, tes kebugaran jasmani, dan dokumentasi nilai akademik, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji korelasi, dan uji beda. Hasil uji beda menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan dari durasi screen time (U = 246,500; p = 0,032) dan prestasi akademik (U = 0,000; p = 0,000) antar sekolah, sedangkan kebugaran fisik (U = 369,000; p = 0,933) dan kualitas tidur (U = 269,000; p = 0,074) tidak berbeda signifikan. Uji korelasi menunjukkan screen time tidak berkorelasi signifikan dengan kebugaran fisik (r = 0,098; p = 0,664 dan r = ?0,092; p = 0,607), kualitas tidur (r = 0,175; p = 0,437 dan r = 0,242; p = 0,167), maupun prestasi akademik (r = 0,321; p = 0,145 dan r = 0,045; p=0,798). Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan penggunaan gawai secara seimbang.
