Analisis Perbedaan Kondisi Fisik antara Atlet Bola Voli Indoor dan Atlet Bola Voli Pasir
Bola voli, yang mencakup varian dalam ruangan dan pantai, menuntut kondisi fisik yang optimal, termasuk kekuatan, daya tahan, kecepatan, kelincahan, kelenturan, dan tenaga untuk meningkatkan performa atlet. Namun, data perbandingan lokal di Salatiga, Indonesia, masih langka meskipun telah ada program latihan umum, sehingga menimbulkan kesenjangan penelitian untuk intervensi yang disesuaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan komponen kebugaran fisik antara atlet bola voli dalam ruangan dan pantai dalam program PPLOPD Salatiga. Dengan menggunakan desain survei komparatif kuantitatif ex post facto, data dari tes biomotorik sebelumnya pada 12 atlet yang diambil secara acak (6 per kelompok) dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif (rata-rata, SD) dan uji Mann-Whitney U. Hasil menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik di seluruh komponen (semua p > 0,05): atlet voli pantai menunjukkan fleksibilitas yang lebih baik (rata-rata 14,17 cm vs. 12,17 cm), kecepatan (5,61 detik vs. 5,53 detik), dan kelincahan (18,00 detik vs. 17,58 detik), sedangkan atlet indoor unggul dalam kekuatan (30,83 vs. 26,50 repetisi), daya ledak (61,33 cm vs. 55,83 cm), dan daya tahan (11,52 menit vs. 12,71 menit). Kesimpulannya, tingkat kebugaran fisik secara keseluruhan setara, dengan tren yang dapat dikaitkan dengan tuntutan spesifik permukaan. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya program latihan yang disesuaikan dengan posisi dan cabang olahraga, integrasi latihan silang, serta pemantauan berkala untuk mengoptimalkan performa dan mengurangi risiko cedera pada atlet PPLOPD, sekaligus memperkaya teori mengenai periodisasi berbasis kebutuhan.
